Chapter Projects

Each of the branches within our chapter work on their own projects within their cities, but some work is chapter-wide.

Electoral Working group

Our electoral working group is charged with managing our endorsement process for public officials, identifying candidates for local races, and lifting up local DSA members to run for office.

Communications Committee

The Communications Committee is tasked with supporting NC Triangle DSA's projects by providing communications work, including social media, press releases, emails, and more. We believe consistent, comprehensive communications are important to reaching the broader public about our work. To that end, we work to create standard processes and guidelines for our media facing work.

Growth, Development, and Outreach Committee

There is a lot of behind-the-scenes work and infrastructure necessary to ensure socialism can happen. This working group works to insure members are properly onboarded, provides training for organizational tools, conducts surveys of membership, and creates reports detailing the membership involvement of our organization.
