Tenants in Chapel Hill-Carrboro are forced to live with rapidly rising rents, landlord harassment, and gentrification. There is only one way to push against a system that exploits our need for housing: we have to get organized. The Chapel Hill-Carrboro Housing Working Group is building tenant power in Orange County by organizing tenant councils and unions.
